Three quick things to change:
Post your customer service phone number everywhere (don't hide it), and be prepared to answer and give that person everything you can humanly provide in order for them to be happy.
Offer Free-Shipping or Free-Delivery. Furthermore, if you can, also help them set anything up, educate them throughly on your product or service, and be ready to bend over backwards.
Have an Open-Minded Return Policy. Be passionate about helping your customers or clients get exactly what you promised, if things aren't perfect, give them back their money or offer something above and beyond (think a free item and a gift-card with the money they spent on it).
What will this do? You'll see the word-of-mouth referrals start to trickle in at first, and then if you continue to WOW every customer, you'll be flooded with new customers leaving the big boys for your small business! But please remember, keep it up, even after your successful!
